Candidate Orientation

Understand the Model, Your Responsibilities and the Process Ahead

This Orientation explains how ICAlliance works, what the Alliance provides, what will be expected of you and how the candidate process progresses from initial interest to possible IEC nomination. Please read through the full Orientation before continuing with your candidate application.

IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU CONTINUE

Expressing interest does not guarantee endorsement or advancement. Candidate Portal access is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all preliminary compliance checks and complete the comprehensive orientation curriculum.

Your Relationship with ICAlliance

A transparent partnership model built to empower local leadership while establishing institutional resilience.

Your Community Comes First

Our primary objective is authentic local representation. ICAlliance aligns with community leaders to ensure that local voices formulate the baseline policy agenda, keeping decision-making power close to those it directly affects.

ICAlliance Provides the Political Platform

We supply the structural, legal, and operational infrastructure necessary to contest elections and navigate complex bureaucracy. We run the backend systems so you can focus entirely on local leadership.

You Retain Your Community Identity

Affiliation with the Alliance does not mean absorption. Local groups, independent leaders, and local chapters retain their unique branding, identity, and specific local priorities without top-down micromanagement.

Accountability Works Both Ways

Mutual trust is built on clear performance and integrity benchmarks. Candidates commit to representing their constituency faithfully, while the Alliance guarantees persistent transparency and resource distribution.

IMPORTANT

Submitting an application or registering your interest initiates a standard administrative review. Final validation and platform endorsement remain subject to vetting procedures, policy alignment, and consensus confirmation by local steering committees.
PARTNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY

Our Mutual Commitments

A structured alliance built on clear expectations, professional ethics, and collective leadership.

LEARNING PATHWAYS & GOVERNANCE

Workshops and Agreements

How Workshops are Delivered

Workshops are delivered through a structured, interactive format designed to facilitate active learning and direct application. Each session combines academic framework analysis with collaborative peer exercises, ensuring concepts translate seamlessly into operational leadership actions.

The Purpose of Agreements

Agreements exist to establish shared ethical baselines and explicit accountability standards. By formalizing our mutual commitments, we build sustainable frameworks of trust that govern expectations, protect organizational integrity, and optimize strategic alignment.

Electoral Governance & Representation Framework

Official operational guidelines determining democratic community delegation and strict legal compliance protocols.

Community Selection

A rigorous, data-driven framework constructed to establish authentic, representative constituencies. Selection parameters guarantee fair local voice allocation through systematic demographic mapping.
